Hello, Welcome to Teaching Lean Inc.
My previous work experience was at Toyota Motor Manufacturing KY
(TMMK) (1988-1998) as a Group Leader in the Plastics Department. I have one on one experience with Japanese trainers
during the start-up phase at TMMK. I accumulated over 460 hours in classroom training in the Toyota Production System
and Lean philosophies during those 10 years at Toyota.
